Due to continued growth, a progressive commercial boutique firm in Melbourne’s CBD is seeking to appoint: A Junior Property Lawyer (1–2 PAE) A Property Lawyer / Associate (2–4 PAE) Both roles sit within a growing and energetic Property practice and offer strong client exposure, autonomy and the opportunity to take ownership of matters from start to finish. The Role You’ll work across a broad mix of property matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals (residential, commercial and industrial) Off-the-plan developments and land subdivisions SMSF acquisitions Structuring and retail leasing The junior role will suit someone building confidence and technical depth, while the more senior position offers greater autonomy, direct client management and involvement in more complex transactions.
